                               RESOLUTION NO. 19042
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM 
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC 
                   WORKS TO EXECUTE A FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH 
                   THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION 
                   FOR SERVICES IN COORDINATION WITH THE DESIGN 
                   FOR THE WIDENING OF CENTRAL AVENUE FROM 13TH 
                   STREET TO NEAR MAIN STREET FOR AN AMOUNT NOT 
                   TO EXCEED ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,500.00), WITHOUT PRIOR 
                   APPROVAL.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Interim Administrator of the 
       Department of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute 
       a funding Agreement with the Tennessee Department of 
       Transportation for services in coordination with the design for 
       the widening of Central Avenue from 13th Street to near Main 
       Street for an amount not to exceed $1,500.00, without prior 
       approval.
